Refund and Cancellation Policy

01 Corporate Entity & Invoicing Authority

Eternal Cosmos is the corporate parent holding entity and centralized commercial billing counterparty for all business engagements across its operating divisions:

• Designersaif: Digital Brand Identity Systems & Creative Direction
• Drimo Studio: Enterprise Web Engineering, Custom Software & Cloud Architecture
• Stellar Horizon: Mathematics Education & Coaching (Online & Classroom)

When purchasing services or paying course fees across any of these divisions, the financial agreement is executed with Eternal Cosmos. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original funding account.

02 Designersaif — Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Brand identity and digital design engagements operate under custom sprint allocations:

• Advance Retainer / Sprint Deposit: The initial commitment deposit covers dedicated creative sprint capacity and is non-refundable once project kickoff and strategic research commence.
• Early Cancellation: If written notice of cancellation is submitted within 24 hours of invoice payment and prior to the commencement of discovery work, a full refund less payment gateway processing fees (up to 3%) will be issued.
• Milestone Deliverables: Once creative concepts, brand books, or asset bundles have been presented and approved, milestone fees are non-refundable.

03 Drimo Studio — Enterprise Engineering Policy

Software engineering and corporate web development contracts are guided by detailed Statements of Work (SOW):

• Retainers & Sprint Capacity: Monthly development retainers and dedicated engineering blocks are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
• Milestone Acceptance: Fixed-price project milestones are billed upon formal demonstration and acceptance. Once codebases or staging builds are accepted by the client, milestone payments are non-refundable.
• Termination for Convenience: Clients may terminate long-term retainers with 30 days written notice. Unused prepaid capacity beyond the notice period will be reconciled and refunded pro-rata.

04 Stellar Horizon — Academic Coaching Policy

Mathematics tuition covers seat reservation, instructional planning, diagnostic materials, and live lectures:

• Admission & Registration Fees: One-time student enrollment and registration charges are strictly non-refundable once student onboarding is completed.
• Advance Monthly Tuition: Tuition is collected in advance for each monthly or batch cycle. Once a billing cycle has commenced, monthly tuition fees are non-refundable.
• Prepaid Multi-Month Batches: If a student withdraws due to relocation or medical reasons with 14 days written notice prior to the start of a subsequent calendar month, prepaid tuition for upcoming unattended months will be refunded.

Approved refunds are settled in strict accordance with standard banking and electronic payment gateway protocols:

06 Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In the event a technical error results in a duplicate charge:

• Notify our billing team at contact@eternalcosmos.com within 7 calendar days with the payment receipts.
• Upon internal audit verification, the duplicate transaction will be reversed in full within 24 to 48 hours.

07 How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To formally submit a refund or cancellation request, email our corporate support desk with the following information:

1. Registered client or student full name
2. Sub-brand involved (Designersaif, Drimo Studio, or Stellar Horizon)
3. Official invoice number or payment transaction reference ID
4. Detailed rationale for the cancellation request
